Call for expression of interest
Are you interested in sending members from your university debating society to Dutch WUDC 2017 but are you not able to afford it? Do you want your society to further develop in the area of debating and advocacy? Are you interested in spreading debate in your country?
Dutch WUDC is looking for partner organisations for a scholarship programme
The Foundation responsible for the organisation of Dutch WUDC (Dutch Worlds Debating Foundation) is working on an application for Erasmus+ in order to fund a capacity building programme. This programme aims to ensure the participation from debaters from underdeveloped debating circuits at Dutch WUDC. The programme will allow 8 -12 partner organisationsin 8 - 12 countries to send 4-6participants to Dutch WUDC 2017. Partner organisations may include university debate societies, national debate associations, education charities or other organisations that can provide us with support to spreading debate in your country and are interested in participating in Dutch WUDC.
How are we planning to do that? -Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is a European Union funded programme that aims to support actions in the fields of education, youth, training and sports. As part of the application for Key Action 2, the scholarship programme will aim to train participants in how to use debate for advocacy. A list of the countries eligible to participate in Erasmus+ projects can be found at the end of this document. Please note that our scholarship programme is aimed at underdeveloped debating circuits and those circuits in financial need.
